There is a one off cleaning charge of 40 euros payable on arrival. Cot and Highchair hire are also available.

The beautiful area of Las Ramblas is know as a golfer's paradise but it is also a fabulous retreat for all. It is noted for its fabulous climate and even in December the temperature rarely drops below 15 degrees great place for a vacation. The Mar Menor is 20 minutes away. The surrounding countryside is beautiful, the beaches are clean and sandy and less than a 10 minute drive away.

Las Ramblas golf course is situated near La Zenia on the southern Costa Blanca. The closest town is Torrevieja (a 15-minute drive), which has a wide range of shops, restaurants and bars, and a large beach, the Playa de los Locos. The area is peppered with yellow-sand, blue-flag beaches, such as La Zenia and Cabo Roig. The shallow Mar Menor is 20 minutes drive south of Las Ramblas, has particularly good beaches for children. There is a water park (Aquopolies) in Torrevieja. It is a 5-minute drive to the championship golf course of Villamartin and Campoamor. Villamartin Plaza boasts a wide variety of restaurants in a pleasant setting. Campoamor clubhouse, with its far-reaching views, makes a pleasant venue for alfresco dining. Further a field, near Benidorm, are Terra Mitica theme park and Mundomar, a marine park. There is a go-kart circuit a short drive away from Las Ramblas. Other places of interest within 1 hour include Murcia, La Manga, Alicante, and Lorca. Granada is 3 hours.

5 minute drive you have 3 Golf courses. Las Ramblas which is a stunning, but short course and is most challenging. High trees, natural fairways and ravines feature strongly in this memorable course. Campoamor  which is situated, in two valleys with magnificent views and with a beautiful clubhouse to finish off the day. Campoamor requires a 36 or less handicap.  Villamartin  which has an abundance of olive trees and well placed bunkers to make it a challenging course for players of all abilities. Within 15 minute drive  from this property there is La Finca Golf Course where a new clubhouse is being built to service the Spanish Open and La Marquesa, Tee times can be booked one week in advance at Las Ramblas and 3 days in advance at Campoamor
