Please note that a 20% reservation deposit is payable on booking, and the balance is payable 8 weeks before your holiday. All credit card payments will incur a 4% surcharge. There is also a returnable damage deposit, For longer winter breaks, reduced rates are negotiable. All prices include electricity, linen and water, please supply own beach towels. There is a one off cleaning charge of 70 euros payable on arrival. Cot and Highchair hire are also available.

The town of Monforte Del Cid is located on a tributary of the Vinalopo River surrounded by mountains. The old town centre is pleasant to walk through, it has been renovated and the area is pedestrians.

When you approach Monforte Del Cid one of the first things you notice are the grapevines with bagged grapes. These are bagged in October and remain on the vine to be eaten by households all over Spain on New Year’s eve.

Alicante is 12 minutes, Monforte Del Cid is 5km off the N330 motorway. And the Alenda Golf club is a 5 -minute drive from Monforte Del Cid

This is an area where there is plenty to do for both golfers and non golfers alike, in both areas, with beaches, water sports, Safari Park, horse riding, shopping and general sightseeing all close by. There are Two cities within an 20 minute drive - Alicante to the east, Elche to the south west. Alicante international airport 15 minute's drive and Murcia's San Javia within 1 hours drive. The kitchen comes fully equipped with dishwasher, fridge freezer, electric  oven, ceramic hob. All utensils and crockery and cutlery are on hand as you would expect. Utility room with washing machine.

Bedroom 2, has two single beds and  bed bedside cabinets with table lamp built in wardrobe.

There is a separate guest toilet on the ground floor.

First Floor

Master Bedroom 3, Air Conditioned with double bed, bed bedside cabinets with table lamp built in wardrobe. En - suite with 2 sinks, bath, shower, W.C and bidet.
